Returns and Exchanges
A product may be returned for store credit, but the purchaser will be charged a 25% restocking fee and shipping costs.

To return an item you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) within 5 days after receipt of goods, and the RMA number must be clearly legible on the return packaging. The package must be shipped back within 7 days after obtaining an RMA number for the item(s) and all products must be in unworn condition and in original packaging.

Prescriptive items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
